5.4 Recall information (G3344947)

Unregistered Users

Unregistered users are able to look up Recall Information against a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) from the TOPIx Home Page . In the section CUSTOMER SEARCH FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE CAMPAIGNS in the bottom right of the screen, enter your 17 character Vehicle Identification Number.

To access this information you must Purchase a Document Subscription .

  1. Select TOPIx Home Page to open the vehicle search page.
  2. Enter a VIN or Model Selection.
  3. From the OPTION SELECTION box select Browse all.
  4. Select Documents from the TOPIx main menu.
  5. Select from the list Bulletins, and then Technical Bulletins.
